Orders and Purchases

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Certain products are personalized, custom-created, printed on demand, or made to order.Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate names, dates, images, text, sizing selections, colors, and other customization details. VICI STUDIO LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the customer.

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless expressly stated. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except where required by applicable law. Care Instructions:

Estimated processing and delivery timelines are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines may be affected by the shipping carrier, destination, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Items
Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production has begun. Please carefully review all personalization details, product selections, and sizing information before submitting your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
