Orders and Purchases

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Processing and Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product. Personalized, custom, printed-on-demand, and made-to-order products may require additional production time. Estimated processing and delivery timelines are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines may be affected by the shipping carrier, destination, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Items

Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production has begun. Please carefully review all personalization details, product selections, and sizing information before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
